As a licensed hair stylist, Heidi has been enhancing her clients beauty by taking their hair to the next level since 1984. From cut to color, her passion for the hair industry evolved into the opening of Exsalonce.
Cathi Sandall
Hair Stylist
Our hair stylist, Cathi Sandall, has had the privilege of working at Exsalonce since the salon opened 14 years ago. She has been in the hair industry for around 25 years. Education has kept her inspired to use her artistic talents in this industry. "I love cutting hair and specialize in clipper and razor cuts, color weaving and perms. I have trained to be a Redken color specialist and also completed classes in extensive cutting techniques." With the right consultation she can give her clients a great piece of wearable art that can last until their next hair appointment.
Michelle Webster

Michelle Webster has been a licensed nail technician at the beautiful salon, Exsalonce for the past 14 years. She attended beauty college locally at Shasta School of Cosmetology and has been a licensed professional for 22 years. What she loves most about her job is, getting to make people feel good about themselves. "I get to spend time making connections with clients and they get to leave with beautiful hands and feet." She specializes in manicures, pedicures, gel polish, and acrylics. If you prefer to have a relaxing nail experience she is the technician for you. Michelle works by appointment during the week.
